About Eloisa Pravisani

My Professional Journey

My career began in the fast-paced world of fashion, working for brands such as Max Mara Fashion Group, where I coordinated production across international markets. Managing complex operations under tight deadlines taught me an essential lesson: even the best systems succeed only when the people behind them thrive.

Over time, I reflected on which aspects of the role I found most rewarding. While I appreciated the business and production dimensions, what I valued most was working with people—colleagues from different departments, each with their own objectives, expertise, and strengths. I became increasingly interested in how individuals collaborate, how teams influence one another, and how these dynamics shape organisational outcomes.

This curiosity led me to pursue Business Psychology, a field where my two passions—business and people—naturally meet. I now focus on applying evidence-based insights to help organisations strengthen collaboration, engagement, and performance.

Perspectives Beyond the Office

Curiosity about culture, stories, and human experiences shapes how I approach work and life. I am drawn to independent cinema, Asian culture and cuisine, biographies, and vintage furniture—objects and narratives that reveal character, history, and craftsmanship.

Living in the UK and the Netherlands, studying languages from a young age, and exploring different cultures through travel, alongside my study of intercultural psychology, have exposed me to varied ways of thinking, collaborating, and solving problems. These experiences have taught me to notice subtle dynamics, appreciate diverse perspectives, and understand how context and culture influence behaviour—insights that directly inform how I approach teams and organisations today.

Through this lens, I combine personal curiosity with professional insight, helping organisations foster collaboration, engagement, and performance while recognising the individuality of the people who make them succeed.
